Let me think about these...
Admire this....
Eat one of these....
Okay, now I'm ready. Before...
She was such a good client!

Don't cry mom.
This is kind of fun.

adorable!! Loved the curls! But that new hair cut is adorable!!
January 18, 2009 at 4:50 AM
She really is adorable (with or without the curls). I felt the same way when my oldest cut her curls off (although she did it herself. Gasp!)
January 18, 2009 at 4:53 AM
my SIL was just saying last night that i need to do something different with my daughter's hair. "no way in hell" was my first thought, but that cut looks soooo cute!
January 18, 2009 at 5:37 AM
She is so so so beautiful! What a cutie pie.
January 18, 2009 at 6:28 AM
Ugh, I'm sorry but I just died all over again. Meanwhile, Peanut keeps begging me to cut her hair. If she saw K she would be screaming for that haircut. No way in hell.
January 18, 2009 at 6:55 AM
Awwwww....that's so cute!
January 18, 2009 at 7:11 AM

January 18, 2009 at 7:48 AM
The haircut is adorable, but OH MY cutting off all those curls must have been hard :)
January 18, 2009 at 8:01 AM
AWE NOT THE CURLS!! HUGS I never have had curls and those I would've loved to've had. She's cutie.
January 18, 2009 at 8:05 AM
What brilliant photos, and what a gorgeous girl.
January 18, 2009 at 8:08 AM
She's cute no matter what and I love her new 'do! The curls had to go, huh? She's gorgeous, espeically in the shot where she's looking back at you.
I really like the orange picture too, I think it's the shadow.
January 18, 2009 at 8:18 AM
Beautiful post. She is just a doll.
January 18, 2009 at 8:24 AM

January 18, 2009 at 8:52 AM

January 18, 2009 at 9:54 AM
that's about how short my ex MIL got mini-me's cut...maybe even a little shorter. curls never did come back :( i should share my photos w you if i can dig em up lol now the 'in' thing to do is straighten your hair...so mini-me does that a lot now.
k still looks adorable, but someone would have to ply me w a few alcoholic beverages, too, if i were there to see it being cut.
January 18, 2009 at 10:27 AM
What a PERFECT post! I can only imagine how you felt cutting the curls off, but oh my, how friggin' gorgeous does she look (both ways)? What a grown up big girl!!!

My older daughter did with her 16 inch ponytail, and my little one will eventually...her hair is so long it reaches below her bum!

That must have been so difficult! But she looks adorable!

January 18, 2009 at 7:51 PM
You have more guts than I do! I'm dreading the day I have to cut my son's curls off. Yes, I know, he's a boy and doesn't deserve a bullet (baby + mullet = bullet). But I just can't bring myself to get it cut. UGH!
You're daughter is b.e.a.utiful!
January 18, 2009 at 7:53 PM
