Murphy, If You're Going to Do It, Do It NOW
So we're 6 days out and damn Murphy.And his Law.
Hubby is sick.
Fever, chills, the whole bit.
I know we're not leaving for a few days, but good gracious Murphy if I'm going to get sick, let it happen now and not next week!
Of course I don't care for sharing, but in this case, get it over with I tell ya.
I've got 2 bajillion things going on in my head, lists to make, agendas for grandma to print, packing to do.
I don't have time to be sick, but now rather than the alternative.
Should I drink from the same glass as hubby to speed it up?
Maybe a big fat kiss?!
I still need to shop!
....and finish this I started....
Important stuff I tell ya.

that's got to suck. i'm feeling your hubby's pain. i could feel myself starting to get sick thurs, and i have been sick since. i didn't think i was going to be 'well enough' to go 8th grade promotion dress shopping in san fran yesterday, but i've been taking horse pill-sized antibiotics. i made it. i think my family keeps passing it around: oldest dd, youngest dd, 23 yo, then me. hopefully our cycle ends now. i will be sending you nothing but positive healing hawaii thoughts to you & your hubby~
as for the toes: i like both colors, but i favor the blue more.

I like both colors on your toes! How about alternating them? LOL

I say stay away from him! Suck down some vitamin C, some of that Airborne stuff, and hopefully you wont get sick at all!

I hope everyone's feeling better soon! Zinc actually works sometimes... having the whole family sick is sooo not fun.
As far as the toe colors... problem is that they're *both* very Maui. Maybe you can do stripes with both colors? hehe Okay, so that wasn't such a huge help, was it? Maybe one of the colors will match more of your outfits?

Posting *from the future*, I'm glad you didn't get sick enough to derail your wonderful trip, and that hubby recovered in time too.
While the illness and near-timing disaster weren't funny, this is an amusingly-written post with the benefit of *whew*. :)
