Lesson 1
Lesson 2
Lesson 3
Lesson 4
Lesson 5
Lesson 6
Caw Wuz--Star Wars--K has taken a liking to all things Star Wars and Clone Wars, she is My Boy's buddy through and through.

Howween--Halloween--This is big this year, last year she had no clue other than it was candy time, this year it's the whole dress up, ring doorbells, and get candy. She gets it!

TwiMUMBLEMUMBLEteet!--Trick or Treat--Hubby has been practicing with her, she rings the doorbell, I open the door, and her hands immediately go to her face in embarassment and she mumbles the words. Too funny!

My See Betty--Can I See Betty--the cat...my nephew's cat. She is in love with it and likes to squeeze it just a tad too hard I think.

Darby--Darby or Barbie--Any Barbie-style doll, even Polly Pockets and Groovy Girls are Darbies. Also, Darby the Super Sleuth on Winnie the Pooh. "My play Darbies, come on!"

SoopSoo--Super Sleuth--see above "Darby"

Mo cone now?--can I have more corn now?--Someone's food of the week is creamy corn! She asked for it for breakfast once. Yes, I gave her some.

My go peesku now, DQ my teechu--Can I go to preschool now, DQ will be my teacher--after DQ is done with homework, she and K play preschool. I was appointed principal when the kids are bad.

my butt--my butt--the kid is fascinated with her butt. I can't explain it. She's always talking about it and My Boy or DQ don't say it!?

yehsss--yes--it's just so cute how she articulates 'yes' so well and with her lips pursed.

dis huwts, no pretties-this hurts, no pretties--K doesn't enjoy the hair brushing business. I tell her she needs to have pretties (rubber bands/clips) but she doesn't care. It's almost time for her first cut!!

my showuh wif you, no hair wet?--can I take a shower with you but not get my hair wet?-- no, it's impossible.

Me reebot--I'm a robot--not really sure about the whole robot thing in our house but everyone is always saying "I'm a robot" and doing the robot dance and saying "affirmative" all the time...I live with the crazies!

Matchy matchy--look these things are the same--if K and anyone else have the 1. same color clothes on 2. same type of shoes on 3. both holding a toy 4. both wearing pajamas 5. both eating same food, etc...she yells MATCHY MATCHY. It's too darn cute.

wiposs--lipgloss--K loves wiposs, just have to make sure she doesn't eat it!

Doo-ah--Dora the Explorer--K is loving this show. DQ used to watch it and now it's a staple for K when she goes to Yaya and Papa's on Friday mornings!

Schwapper--Swiper the Fox--the nemesis on Dora. "Swapper no schwapping!"

Too cute!! I love baby babble :) Boy Wonder is still at that stage where half of what he says is garble, but at least HE knows what he means!

These conversation must keep you in stitches!

hahaha - this one killed me: "Mo cone now?" I said it in my head with just a little bit too much male hillbilly-swagger for your little cutie. It may me laugh as did all the others.

I was watching some old videos the other day of my oldest learning how to say Merry Christmas. It's funny because he was so off the mark but we all knew what he was saying!

It's so cool that you've written down so many of the cute things K says! I only remember a few of M's - 'almot' for airplane, 'hot buddy' for a fire in the fireplace (because we always said it's 'hot buddy'), 'tootball' for football. Can't really remember much more :-(

I love it. I recall those days. Now I am on guard for those words we don't want them to say, that they bring home from school or overhear on TV or of course me slipping up.

Love these. A couple from my three year old Brody:

    gotfor: forgot

    "Mommy, Scarlett's aggratating me!"
(a cross between irritating and aggravating)

    nunny: money

"I want too many": A way of saying that he wants more than one of something, such as cookies. "I don't want just one, I want two many."
