Mine started last week. I am feeling your maternal pain. I had a revelation that this is my baby's last year of elementary school. It's probably the last year she will have anything to do with me for quite a while sniffle, sniffle .

Hopefully they had a great first day back. Mine start next Monday and I can't say that I'm very sad about that fact. I feel like a terrible mom for saying that but I really don't know how the homeschoolers do it. I think I'd last about 2 days and be ready to be committed.
How was their first day? It must be pretty exciting for the kids to be sharing about what they did during the vacation. I remember when I was in school many many years back, first day was always a good day to catch up on each other and sharing things that we did during the holiday. Hope they had fun for their first day in school too.
we still have 2 more weeks... and reading about other kids going back to school makes me double check the calendar every time... I have to keep reminding myself we were in school until the 19th of June... enjoy the days...
