Dude, Surf's Up!

Project after project.

This guy has a list a mile long of what he wants to create in his mad scientist's lab workshop garage.

Right now it's the skim board.

When we went camping at the beach last month, our aunt and uncle brought along theirs and Hubby has had his mind set on one ever since.

You know its not a surf board or a boogie board, you ride the shallow slick of water as it rises up the beach before pulling back to the ocean.



Sorta like skateboarding on the sand.



Or just another way to break a body part.

Anyhoo.

The kids and Hub made two, because there is 5 of us and we are all really good sharers?!

No, just because that's how much wood he had.

So a few coats of polyurethane, and we're ready for Beach Fridays.

If he isn't going to work, then he's going to hang 10.

I watch Wipeout, I know it would HURT BAD if I bailed, and lookyloos would laugh.
