Girl Gone Chocolate
It started out as a nice outing to the ice cream shop.Everyone enjoying their choice.
Chocolate for the girls, Bubblegum for My Boy, Mint Chip for the Hubby, Rocky Road for me.
Then in no time, this happened.
Boom!
First one done, she does not fool around.
Then, something sparked in her eyes.
They got all buggy-like, crazed even.
Mind you, there was no music playing in the ice cream shop.
But, before our eyes, a small child began the Chocolate Cha-Cha all on her own.
A video perhaps would have been in order.
But, I snapped away, laughing hysterically at this wild child.
Chocolate bubbling in her veins.
Chocolate that makes even the smallest of children wild and crazy.
She learned all her moves from me.
Don't ever come between a girl and her chocolate.

LOL! As an old labor/delivery nurse I used to joke that I would never come between a pregnant woman and her food or a pregnant woman and the bathroom! Now I'll have to add in that I'll never come between a wild child and her chocolate!

Tell me it isn't so! This can't be the same girl who was in the news last week because swallowed her ice-creamed-up engagement ring, can it? LOL!
March 18, 2009 at 3:54 AM

Wow, that's a major sugar shock. Did she have the after-shock crash later on, and conk out in the car?

March 18, 2009 at 9:57 AM
It's amazing what a little bit of sugar can do to a kid, isn't it. My daughter would bite your hand if you tried taking a bite of her ice cream. I should know, I have the scars to prove it.
March 18, 2009 at 10:13 AM
You are definitely bringing that girl up right! Yay Chocolate! LOL btw, you have an award waiting for you over at my place... Great day to you Jen!
March 18, 2009 at 11:00 AM
Love these pictures!!!!
March 18, 2009 at 11:08 AM
Ahhh...yes, I have seen that transformation many times before. It is awkward how just one minute they are all sweet and silly and the next they are ravenous chocolate guzzling junkies ready for their next fix while they do their little dnaces to make us think they are innocent and courteous. Yeah, they get you every time.
March 18, 2009 at 11:23 AM
She was sure enjoying her ice cream...so cute.
March 18, 2009 at 11:42 AM

There's usually Bourbon involved. What? Bourbon Floats are the cat's Meow.
