Wedding Belle (A Thousand Wedding Bells Thursday)
Over winter break, we all had some nice down time. No school, no schedules, gorgeous weather, lovely. Some may say it was a good time for a wedding.
DQ took it upon herself to be the wedding photographer and overseeing the marriage of "Beary Mc Bearingson" and Miss K.
The happy couple were married in our backyard, near the swings.

Um...er...she's kissed her groom.

She has to carry him around, he's put on a little weight this winter.

HEY! Who's suggesting all this mackin'?

They are a very unconventional couple.

She's choking him, and smiling. Just like normal couples.

Here K learns that her dad may not be too happy about her marrying so young.

"That's okay," she says. She'll try again when she's "growed up!"

Wishing you and yours the Merriest Christmas ever!
I'm blessed to have my wonderful family, many loving friends, and all of those new friends I've met in the blogosphere.
What a Treat!
Luckiest girl in town!K gets to wear her costume to dance class today.

Tomorrow, she gets to wear it to Preschool and trick or treat to our local downtown businesses.
These little ruby feet are too adorable for words.

She's worn the shoes everyday for a month.
Little red glitter about the house.
Dorothy, and her little dog too!
Catching Up on Fall Photos
Finally some fall foilage and fun photos.Say that 5 times fast.

Passing the time at soccer practice.

Giddy with happiness.

Looking tough and playing tough, two different things.

Beautiful day in the Bay Area.

Ack.

Happy Fall.

Summer Colors
Summer is going to be amazing.
If these are the summer "blues" I'll take it!

Spending endless days here. Friday night concerts on the sand.

Can't get better than this!
Operation: "Me in a Picture"
Mother's Day, the perfect opportunity.I'd mentioned before that I'm going to start challenging myself to get into some of these photo memories.
I have to.
The scrapbooks are missing me, and it's time for a change.
So no better time than Mother's Day.

After a long full day at an amusement park, I come home to download all the pictures.
I'm in 3 of 70+ pics.
That's what happens when you go for the food instead of the rides.
By the way, I'd like to commend myself for not making myself sick with "carnie food."
But, dang are those Dippin' Dots good!!
So before bed, sweaty, sunburnt, and exhausted, hubby shot a few pics of me and my sweet kids!

That's a double "I love you" sign, not my boy being a punk!
So there, it's my pic of the week.
It might be pushing it, but maybe I can get one in once a week.
Now that I have my new
How about you, are you constantly behind the camera and never in the family memories?!
Are you up for the challenge?!
Did Someone Say Donuts?

*all pics shot with a Canon Power Shot S5IS*
Hey grab a donut and enjoy a few photos.

The color on this bulb was amazingly deep.

This is what blossomed.

The Easter Egg Dying Station

High on chocolate eggs.

This little mama just hatched her sweet babe.

I was stunned how she did not fear me. Can't wait to see if I can get her baby.

Singing to herself.

Hey coach, it's a little wiggly there by the base.

Aunt A and 7 week old baby D. My Boy was a good pacifier.

The white version of earlier said bulb.

All you dude! Nice play.

I just realized from scrolling through all the ATWT posts....I need to be in more shots with my kids.
I'm challenging myself.
We'll see how I do next week.

Little Rachael Ray
My nephew had his birthday at this place...
Hubby got the privelige to accompany our youngest to this fun looking party.

The party was geared to 5 year olds, but we had a feeling K could hang with the big kids.

Pizza was on the menu. Oh how I wish I was there.

But, with DQ dancing, we couldn't be in the same place at the same time.

K was so attentive, said Hubby. She'll fare well in preschool.

She looks like a pro.

Be scared Rachael Ray, be very scared.

Look at little B, they work so well together.

These pics may or may not be in order, remember I wasn't there...

That is a serious face.

Ooh my favorite part...sauce and cheese!

A little more sweetie, don't forget the pepperoni!

Remember, we're pizza snobs, so K did not eat her own creation. But, luckily the cake made up for it!
